My name is James Moore a.k.a Mr Chuffed, I am a Cardiff based Dubstep DJ and have been playing live since Halloween 2011. I first got into DJ’ing because of a lot of my friends have been doing it for years and I have always loved it, So I thought I understand the concepts of it so why not give it a go. My main influences are mostly Rottun Records DJ’s such as Excision, Downlink etc as I feel my taste in Dubstep is very similar to the style they use. Since my career started I have had a number of gigs mainly for CYNT in Cardiff, and have played with a few big name DJ’s. I have played with Inspector Dubplate and High Rankin for CYNT and DJ Fresh for Reload in Pembrokeshire, Wales.

His audio taste spectrum is eclectic, his mixing energetic, his style a hybrid fusion of Breakbeat, Drumstep, Dubstep, Drum & Bass, and related sounds.

Rocki’s sound and mixing styles developed extra dimensions and smooth precision. In this voyage of sound he sought a travelling community of bohemian future-music lovers…and found them. Within few months, he moved to London and started performing in music bars and clubs.

Monkixx (Steve Porter), Essex born, has been in to dance music all his life. At 14 he had his first pair of turntables. He has now got a music technology degree under his belt and also a lot of experience within the Dance scene.

Monkixx has DJ’d in a variety of different venues (see listings), with the early gigs being with a promotions company called sinner promotions.

What stands him out from the crowd is the way he showcases a variety of the freshest and biggest tracks from different genres including Electro House, UK Garage, Dubstep and Complextro. Monkixx is also a believer of also playing unsigned talent, so is always on the look out for new music to play in his sets, alongside remixes of chart toppers and his own unique remixes, mash-ups and productions.

Monkixx also has his own Internet radio slot on seduction radio every Sunday where he plays a live 2-hour set, for listeners worldwide.
